Criticism and Concerns

Review 1 - As for fitness, i don't give af about that, and as for other smartwatch features, I prefer just using my phone instead of making it harder for me to use the watch. Still rocking my 800rs Fastrack Analog for the past 2 years. One watch I will buy sometimes in the future is Garmin watch, will join the gym too so i need fitness only and it looks clean asf.

Review 2 - Seems to be an attempt to build up upon his image as the product does not have any good features for the price. But knowing Indian youtubers they will all just praise it like anything as it’s a milestone product because if not their dark secrets of collisions with brands without disclosure will get out // they wish to extend support to other tech-tuber for consideration.

Review 3 - This is not a smartwatch but a fitness tracker. You can easily pay more 2k and get a galaxy smartwatch which is a smart watch with wear os. Lets think about after sales service will be so bad so dnt get blinded by this also i have used one smartwatch before and kids just buy a proper authentic titan watch for 7k , smartwatch sucks.. way cooler and long lasting . personally i feel the design is horrible.

Review 4 - The funniest part is on the back of the watch, it mentions "Designed in London" but when you go the website, it says "Country of origin as China". So basically same chinese crap but more expensive

Review 5 - Kind of unfair on the guy.. even I was under assumption this being another chinese rebrand, although it is but he explained why it is. Also he mentioned that they emphasised on the fact sensors are most important thing on any smart watch which most brands in india just fool customer, he claims that they have got really sensor for heart rate and spo2 accuracy comparable to apple watch.
But yes major concern lot of you guys pointed are still valid like after sales service plus that design looks ugly and lack of gps is deal breaker for me but still it's his first step kind of did good

  • Build and Features - One user mentioned, Same Chinese crap for 3x the price. No WearOS means no apps and limited watch faces. No NFC for payments. It's just a health tracker like any other white-label Chinese 'smartwatch' like Boat or Fire-Bolt. Plus, the design is hideous.
  • Value for Money - Another user stated, I feel this is too overpriced; you can still get Galaxy Watch 4 Classic for 8k. Comparisons with established brands highlight the perception that the Anarc lacks value for its price.
  • Practicality - A different user shared, As for fitness, I don't care much, and for smartwatch features, I prefer using my phone. I'm still rocking my 800₹ Fastrack Analog.

Positive Outlook

Despite the criticism, some users appreciated the effort in design and viewed it as a milestone product for Indian YouTubers, although they were skeptical of influencer endorsements.

Industry Expert Opinion

Experts agreed that the Anarc Smartwatch is better classified as a fitness band rather than a smartwatch due to the absence of WearOS. They also acknowledged Tech Burner's attempt to create a great product but felt it fell short of delivering a truly competitive experience in the smartwatch category.

Our Verdict on Tech Burner SmartWatch

The Anarc Smartwatch is a visually appealing gadget with a few standout features. However, it struggles to justify its price point in comparison to more feature-rich alternatives. Here's our summary:

  • Pros: Premium design, bright display, long battery life.
  • Cons: Lacks WearOS, no NFC payments, perceived as overpriced.

If you value style and basic fitness tracking, the Anarc Smartwatch could be worth considering. However, if you are looking for a complete smartwatch experience, alternatives like the Galaxy Watch 4 or Garmin models might be more suitable.
